As a unit under the Directorate of Information Dissemination and Inter-Institutional Relations, the Liaison Office is tasked with &#8216;serving as an extension for the execution of BP Batam&#8217;s duties and functions in Jakarta. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In carrying out these duties, the Liaison Office performs the following functions: <\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management of administration and equipment<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provision of inter-institutional relations support <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provision of executive\/leadership facilitation support<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element as referred to in Article 443 letter c has the duty to serve as an extension for the execution of the duties and functions of the Batam Free Trade Zone and Free Port Authority (BP Batam) in Jakarta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0960418 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0960418\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"p1\"><strong>Article 453<\/strong><\/h5><p class=\"p1\">In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 452, the Liaison Office performs the following functions:<\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li1\">management of administration and class=\"p1\">The Liaison Office as referred to in Article 443 letter c consists of:<\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li1\">Equipment Section;<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Institutional Liaison Section; and<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Executive Facilitation Section.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4a5331 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b4a5331\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"p1\"><strong>Article 455<\/strong><\/h5><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li1\">The Equipment Section as referred to in Article 454 letter a has the duty to handle administrative affairs and the management of equipment, infrastructure, as well as support services to ensure the smooth operations of the Liaison Office.<br><br><\/li><li class=\"li1\">The Institutional Liaison Section as referred to in Article 454 letter b has the duty to perform the coordination and preparation of institutional relation facilities with government agencies, non-governmental institutions, the leadership of the Batam Free Trade Zone and Free Port Authority, and other stakeholders to support the smooth execution of agency duties.<br><br><\/li><li class=\"li1\">The Executive Facilitation Section as referred to in Article 454 letter c has the duty to perform the preparation, management, and service of leadership facilities, as well as other official duties assigned by the
